Dear Westbrook Families,
I have had the great pleasure of working with the Education Foundation as an administrative representative this school year. Led by a devoted group of District 57 parents, the Ed Foundation’s mission is to enhance the education of District 57 students by generating and allocating resources through partnerships with businesses, the local community, school administration, teachers, parents, students and alumni. Westbrook School has received significant donations from the Ed Foundation, including: our beautiful library mural, playground & gym equipment, personal listening devices for students, and guided reading books, just to name a few. The Ed Foundation’s Spring Event, Come Together, is on Saturday, February 25 from 6p.m.-12:30 a.m. at The Meadows Club in Rolling Meadows. There are many ways to be a part of this special evening: you can sponsor a table, come for dinner, or come for just the “late night” ticket.
