Hi Westbrook Parents,
Good afternoon! The attached survey is intended to collect information from our parents about how our students travel to and from school, what barriers there are to walking or biking to and from school, and your attitudes about walking and biking to school. Only one survey should be filled out per household for Westbrook and will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. Please note that if you have a child at a different District 57 school (i.e. Fairview, Lions Park, or Lincoln) their barriers may be different and we would appreciate a separate survey conveying those thoughts. Please look for each school’s survey link in an email.
The local Safe Routes to School (SRTS) programs may be particularly interested in this information because it can be used to help identify issues that need to be addressed to improve their SRTS activities. Information from parents might also identify unexpected opportunities to increase walking or biking to school.
